It all started with my love for Lincoln Logs...and maps. I earned a bachelor’s degree in Housing Design from Oregon State University. In lieu of drafting all day, I wanted to work directly with people. My first job out of college? Running building permits in the tri-county area and assisting homebuyers with their interior/exterior finish choices for Oregon's largest homebuilder. My construction and design background will be an asset to you. I can help you stage, plan, and/or dream; with ease.
I’ve been successfully selling homes for over ten years. My business is 99% referral based. My clients tell my story. From Hillsboro to North Portland, to Lake Oswego to Gresham. My “area” of expertise is customer service. I serve where my clients, and their friends and family, need me – all within 25 miles or so of downtown Portland. In addition to maximizing your net proceeds or writing you a killer cover letter in that competitive offer situation…I’ve jumped fences, slid under locked garage doors, loaded moving trucks in the 11th hour and vacuumed madly in heels. I get things done.
When I’m not selling houses, I love exploring the shops and restaurants near my Alphabet District home. I can walk to my Barre class, dry cleaner, grocery store and library. I love this! You’ll also find me biking along Portland’s waterfront esplanades on my beach cruiser. As a retired Cheerleading Coach, I continue to stay involved with the sport by serving as a Performance Judge at cheerleading competitions throughout the state. I also help out in our local schools regularly. I am a proud OSU alumna; on Saturdays in the fall, you’ll find me at Reser Stadium in Corvallis. (I once got an offer signed outside of our Alumni Center on game day.)
Regardless of your alma mater, I am here for you – whenever and wherever you need me. I answer my phone. I email you right back. In an industry that never sleeps, you will always be able to reach me. Even on game days.
